We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on every product we sell.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange, with certain exceptions. All returns require  **proof of purchase** and must be initiated within **30 days** of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

 **Apparel and shoes** must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached.

 **Items must be returned in original condition**, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.

**Gift cards** are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

**Only items purchased from BuzzCrate retail locations or on-line at buzzcrate.shop (https://buzzcrate.shop)  are eligible for return.

If return approved a "return label" will be provided to you. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Opened personal care or hygiene products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Clearance or final sale items marked "non-returnable"
